The Wildlife In Our Eco-Village is Increasing Every Day
Kookaburra Park is alive with beautiful rainbow lorikeets, native finches, sparrows, pelicans, black swans, kangaroos and a curnucopia of other wildlife living in harmony with our community of truly special, wonderful people.
Kookaburra Park was specially designed along permaculture principles with wildlife corridors and large sections of untouched bush. This allows the wide range of animals living here to have a peaceful, harmonious existance with us.
And the wildlife here acts very differently to the way they act outside of the Park. It's quite an experience to have a wild duck fly within inches of your ear or a kangaroo hop past almost oblivious to you because they just don't see you as a threat.
We do have one strict rule here at Park to help protect our wildlife. This strict rule will allow you to...
Sleep Through The Night
Without Baying At The Moon
Look we love pets and animals probably more than anyone. Kookaburra Park is an Eco-Village after all. But aren't you sick of being driven crazy by the neighbours dogs barking all night at any small sound they hear?
Unfortunately cats, dogs, birds and many varieties of native wildlife don't mix. For this reason we have a by-law restricting the keeping of cats and dogs in Kookaburra Park.
On the bright side, the birds and the wildlife proliferate and you are able to see the natural animals in their habitate sharing their space with you.
If you'd like to learn more about how you can claim your own block of land here at Kookaburra Park Eco-Village and live in harmony with our wildlife...

P.S. We designed Kookaburra Park so people and the wildlife could live in harmony and we're just thrilled and very proud it's worked out that way.
